Misinformation Alert: Four misleading food and climate narratives

Food and climate change are inextricably linked. Modern agriculture and food processing remain a high net cost to the environment, while rising temperatures negatively affect food production worldwide. With eating central to everybody’s lives, food is an essential arena for climate communications.

There are many positive stories to tell about the intersection of food and climate. However, increasing negative stories and misinformation are currently shaping Persuadables’ views on personal and collective climate action.
